Camping on the Lake

Our Hungry Pelican at the Dam is located next to Lake Ashtabula Mel Rieman campground and our Hungry Pelican at the Crossing is next to the Lake Ashtabula East and West Campgrounds.

Campgrounds at Lake Ashtabula are run by the Army Corps of Engineers. If you'd like to reserve a campsite go to:

Campgrounds at Lake Ashtabula

Hungry Pelican at the Dam is located next to the Mel Rieman campground at Lake Ashtabula and the Hungry Pelican at the Crossing is located next to the East and West campgrounds at Lake Ashtabula. The campsites are very well maintained and are run by the US Army Corps of Engineers.

Stop by the popular visitor's center to learn more about the lake's history and wildlife. You can also enjoy a dip at the beach right next door!
